A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

We hope you and your family are staying safe.  The COVID-19 outbreak has impacted the daily activities of each and all.  For the well-being of our customers and associates, Say When Clothing Co continues to practice the guidance provided by public health and government entities. 

While we are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible, the unprecedented circumstances may cause processing and delivery delays due to the increased volume of shipments and the related impact on shipping services.   

In addition, supply chain disruptions beyond our control may cause a significant delay in the shipment of “pre-orders.”  We will continue to work on your behalf to assure items are received as soon as possible given the circumstances.

We appreciate your patience as this situation continues to evolve.  Our top priority is the health and well-being of all.  Please be safe and thank you for your continued loyalty.**

Say When Clothing Company offers exchanges only. If you are unsure about fit, give us a shout before purchasing.

Stickers are not exchangeable.

Say When Clothing Co apparel and hats may be returned for exchange, based on the following:

  • Items must be in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free.
  • All sale items are final.
    • Merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number .  
    • You must email saywhencc@yahoo.com before returning item/purchase for exchange
    • Please include original receipt and provide information for a return (if you swapping a size/color)

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs... unless we made a packing mistake.
    • If there is an error with your purchase please let us know with in 2 days of receipt. We can't promise to always be perfect, but we can promise you matter to us!
